Pickleball Octopus is well armed. I LOVE this pickleball artwork, for the big thinker with fast hands!

I do have long list of images floating in my head just itching to come out and this one is easily a fav., he came out better than I could have hoped. He's an octopus and I learned a lot from him. I have him at two of my sites right now Society 6 and Threadless each of the all over shirts are slightly different and the products are vaster at Society6. There is bound to be a sale on at one site if not at the other so check both. I also have just the graphic up at TeePublic. Please check sizes for all sites as types of shirts available vary greatly! If you'd like to watch an explainer video of how I made this image with thousands of images of paddles click here: https://youtube.com/shorts/mqLNu875K3o?si=vdvv5dlp6jiknhTU

The above shirt is mine and authentic original. Below is the story of what happened as soon as I shared it. The sad story of IP infringement and why I'm changing how I do things.

Update. If you see this artwork posted as it is below WITHOUT my brand logo Pickleball ARTwear then you will be or have given money to thieves. Shortly after I shared my new design on a facebook group called Octopus Lovers, the image was stolen instead of published, and the owner of the group put my octopus on her shirts. As soon as I started alerting people she blocked me from the group. Trying to contact the store, facebook, and even the host company who makes the Tshirts Gear Launch has proved to be fruitless so far. These people are clearly unbothered that this image was outright stolen from me. UPDATE: GEAR LAUNCH HAS REMOVED THE FRAUDULENT CAMPAIGN.

Sad I had to spend time chasing it down. If my experience with band merch is anything to go by, I will have to get myself a cease and desist letter to have handy.

Thanks for the support to the folks in my tribe on FB who went to battle on the offending page for me.  This enrages me but also just moves me to create more. Every time I get thrown a punch in the face I speak up about it.... then move on and keep creating, it's the only way to stay sane. And I am free to decide, if I don't have time to keep fighting, but at least it changes the way I fight. Speak up, then head down, keep working, make less noise. I mean lets face it, there is no sense paying for sponsored ads when some people will knowingly tack my brand name onto theirs or just outright steal my images and put them up for sale. So I'll retreat, stop caring about a cliquey world that easily disregards me care and I'll just keep creating. Try to catch up with me. I made a gorilla by the way, and published a flip the pages notebook since all this and the dog thing started. See them both and a new pickle ball tune here.

NOTE that this store is powered by GEAR LAUNCH who has not responded with any urgency to my emails.
